Completion of the first 6UEC45LSE-C1 engine by J-ENG

Japan Engine Corporation (J-ENG) successfully finished the shop test of the first 6UEC45LSE-C1 engine on June 29th, 2018.

This 6UEC45LSE-C1 engine will deliver to the shipyard on the first half of August 2018, and it will be installed in Ro-Ro vessel which is built at Kanda Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

This engine (C1 version) has been developed as up-graded latest version for the design of combustion room and bearings, etc. with further output of UEC 45LSE-B2 engine, which is feeding back the high reliability and low fuel consumption performance of the UEC45LSE type engine accumulated the orders for over 250 units.

J-ENG has completed this engine for Ro-Ro vessel which requires punctual operation in strictly and also realizes the fuel saving operation with low fuel oil consumption based on the accumulated know-how of manufacturing the engine.
