UE engine introduced to the world at SMM Hamburg 2018

Japan Engine Corporation (J-ENG) exhibited at “SMM Hamburg 2018” held in Hamburg, Germany from September 4 to 7, 2018.

During the exhibition, many worldwide customers visited J-ENG’s stand located at Japan Pavilion because of their interests in J-ENG’s after-sales service and its new solution, JUMP (J-ENG Unique Marine Power) which can solve three environmental issues of SOx, NOx, EEDI (CO2) simultaneously.

J-ENG could attract the interest of many visitors using the movie on the transparent display. In the movie, the latest series of UE engine adopting its own technologies reducing fuel oil consumption, UEC50LSH and UEC33LSE, and LP-EGR* and LP-SCR** which comply with NOx Tier III regulations were introduced.

J-ENG will continuously send information of UE engine and its environmental solutions to the world, and contribute to growth of shipbuilding and maritime industries.
